kilburn brewing co
We are a local South Australian micro brewery based in Kilburn. We handmake small batches of craft beer with hands on involvement. We use only fresh produce and no preservatives, which usually means no hangover!
History of Brewery
Since 2011 the brewery was a "U Brew It" franchise. Offering professional commercial quality beer with a hands on personal touch. In 2021, the new owners moved in.
who are we now
As customers for seven years, we took over from the retired previous franchisees. We are continuing to offer many of the original services, including; learn how it's done, brew your own batch of beer and bottle your beer to take home or join the keg system. We plan on maintaining the original foundations of the business whilst introducing some new ideas.
Our Mission Moving Forward
We plan to build on our brand of beers using ingredients including locally grown Eden Valley hops (pictured left).
We aim to provide a fun, sociable environment to learn the brewing process in a hands on way.
We will provide a service of high quality small batch beer to customers in kegs or bottles.
We will use reusable kegs and bottles to minimise waste and encourage customers to come and refill.
